Con el objetivo de generar conciencia y promover el adecuado uso de las Redes Sociales en jóvenes de bachillerato de la Unidad Educativa “Oriente Ecuatoriano”, en la cabecera cantonal de Palanda, se llevó a efecto el taller denominado “Marca Personal”, evento que lo promovieron el Distrito de Educación 19D03 Chinchipe – Palanda, el Gobierno Municipal, la plataforma digital Primer Reporte y esta casa de estudios.
Alrededor de 30 educandos fueron los participantes de este taller donde se desglosó la importancia de un buen uso de las plataformas digitales de información, “estamos compartiendo este conocimiento con nuestros jóvenes para que estén orientados y conozcan a ciencia cierta las ventajas y peligros de las redes sociales” destacó Diego Fernando Rodríguez, conferencista.
Además, Rodríguez resaltó que como parte de la temática se brindó parámetros para mejorar su marca personal, configuraciones y seguridades, importancia de crear contenidos apropiados, fake news, herramientas de diseño digital, entre otros.
Patricio Herrera, director del Distrito de Educación 19D03 Chinchipe – Palanda, calificó de muy importante a esta capacitación, además puntualizó que es fundamental para la formación de los educados.
Por su parte Segundo Mejía, alcalde de Palanda, explicó que el Municipio está siempre listo a contribuir en la capacitación para los jóvenes, “sabemos de la importancia de capacitar bien a nuestros jóvenes y estamos apoyando estas iniciativas” informó Mejía, al tiempo que destaca en un futuro los talleres se extenderán a todas las parroquias.
