El capitán Edison Masache, oficial a cargo de la seguridad periférica, menciona que esta actividad se cumple diariamente, desde el exterior de este centro además, se monitorea mediante el uso de medios tecnológicos (dron), las vías principales y secundarias del sector, con la finalidad de verificar el flujo de tránsito y peatones, de esta manera en coordinación con la Policía Nacional y la Unidad de Control Operativo de Tránsito del Municipio de Loja.
Se ha establecido un control conjunto en la avenida Orillas del Zamora, frente al Centro de Rehabilitación Social de Loja, lo que ha permitido reducir el número de vehículos que circulaban por este sector, además la presencia de transeúntes es mínima.
El control establecido en este lugar es permanente y hasta el momento ha cumplido su objetivo, de mantener el orden, fortalecer la seguridad y brindar tranquilidad a los ciudadanos lojanos al saber que las Fuerzas Armadas, Policía Nacional y Unidad de Control Operativo de Tránsito del Municipio de Loja, están trabajando juntos por su seguridad.
